Viv was studying a Medical Secretarial Diploma with Pitman Training Swansea as this was something she had wanted to do since leaving school. Viv enjoyed the diploma so much that when a position became available for a Training Supervisor in the Swansea Centre, she decided to go for it. Viv adds; “I thought as it was such a lovely place to train that it would be a lovely place to work, so I applied for the job, and luckily I got it. I never thought that at 49 years of age I would have the chance to change careers. I am now working with 3 lovely ladies and the 4 of us make a really strong team, I feel so lucky to have been given a second chance.”
