Developing Bookkeeping Skills and Financial Confidence
My name is Bruno Juardo, and I am currently studying the Advanced Accounts Diploma with Pitman Training
I am focused on developing strong practical skills in bookkeeping through my studies with Pitman Training. I have a basic background in bookkeeping, and I see this course as an important step in strengthening my foundations and preparing myself for a career in finance and accounting.
“Since starting my training with Pitman, I have significantly strengthened my bookkeeping skills and my overall understanding of key financial concepts. Topics that were previously unclear are now much more structured and easy for me to apply in practice. I have also developed strong skills in Excel. I started the course with only very basic knowledge, and I can now use Excel confidently as a practical tool, which has been especially valuable for bookkeeping and financial tasks”.
My experience with Pitman Training has been positive overall. The staff have been professional, helpful, and clear, which has made the learning process more straightforward. I enjoyed how flexible the course was, but that doesn’t mean there’s room for slack. Patience and hard work were still necessary to reach the end of each domain and two A4 copybooks full of handwritten notes! I still have a lot to learn in the field of programming and software development, but this course has deepened my interest and opened doors for potential career progression and further education. I would love to return to complete the Advanced Software Development Diploma.
