Nicola had always dreamt of being an Executive PA and was unhappy in her customer service job at a local call centre. To help make her dream come true, Nicola completed the Executive PA Diploma; fitting her studies around her work and life commitments. Towards the end of her diploma, Nicola applied for a job with Wardell Armstrong, a firm of engineering and environmental consultants, as PA to the company’s regional director. “I wouldn’t have had the confidence to apply for the role without Executive PA course. I firmly believe that my commitment to studying for a professional Diploma clinched the job for me.”
