"My employer arranged for me to attend the Microsoft Outlook after a change in my work requirements. I was invited to attend a ‘taster’ session and the ability to speak to both Jazz and Stephanie. I was quite nervous as I had very little knowledge and had not really grown up with computers so

The help I received was ‘outstanding’ (and needed) I was put immediately at ease and instructed stage by stage with no pressure at any time, it is not a classroom training but an ‘individual almost one on one’.

I completed the course over several weeks at my own pace and came away happy with a lot of knowledge that now allows me to work more effectively and efficiently. Fantastic training and cannot wait to move onto my next course!"
