In fact, with recent national surveys showing that workers are leaving their jobs — or thinking about leaving - at record rates as pandemic restrictions lift, it is more important than ever for people to focus on the skills required to upskill and change careers.

The beginning of 2022 is the perfect time to focus on both your personal and professional development.
