I found Pitman Training Galway to be an excellent experience for learning new skills. The staff are always welcoming and Linda is very knowledgeable and always helpful. I've done the Microsoft Office Diploma, and I see how much Word and Excel have changed. I have been able to practice these skills in the classroom and at home. I find the classroom to be an excellent option. I would definitely recommend using Pitman to upskill or relearn skills you may already have. I am glad I had the opportunity to practice these skills before I venture into new job opportunities. Pitman Training has helped me gain this knowledge.

I completed the Medical Admin Diploma with Pitman Training few years back, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and the outcome.
I initially signed up for the course when my daughter was just one year old, so it was a big commitment at the time. However, the flexibility and support I received made it possible for me to successfully complete the diploma.
Throughout the course, I had excellent support from Diarmuid and Tracy Dowd. They were always helpful, encouraging, and available whenever I needed guidance. Tracy was especially supportive in helping me take the next step after finishing—she regularly shared job opportunities as they became available, which made a huge difference.
I’m delighted to say that after completing the diploma, I secured a job at the same place where I studied. It was a fantastic outcome and a real testament to the quality of the course and the support provided.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with my experience and would highly recommend this course and Pitman Training to anyone considering a career in medical administration or simply a career change.

I am a student in Galway currently studying Legal/Medical Administration and reached out to Pitman for some information about the Socrates course they run. I was given loads of info and all the staff were absolutely lovely to deal with. They helped a great deal with explaining everything from the course description to the facilities and location and cost.

Unfortunately i did not start the course as intended as work commitments did not allow this for me however the whole process was very smooth and whilst I felt i was ‘letting them down’ by not participating, after a phone call with Eanna, I was put very much at ease and he suggested to return when the time was right.

Having completed a diploma of HR assistant, the content and the support were irreproachable. I was able to learn at my own pace which suited me really well. Every time I contacted the centre I had an answer in the hour after I sent the email so, again, absolutely nothing to complain about. I am actually right now doing a CIPD and I have to say that everything I learnt with the HR assistant diploma in Pitman in extremely helpful for the higher level of HR.
