FETAC Awards
Pitman Training are delighted to confirm that all of our learning centres in Ireland have been approved and accredited by the Further Education Training and Awards Council (FETAC) to provide FETAC Awards.
The Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC) is the national awarding body for further education and training in Ireland. It was set up in 2001 by the Minister of Education and Science under the Qualifications (Education and Training) Act, 1999. FETAC offers you the chance to further your education and at Pitman Training we provide exceptional training courses for you to gain excellent workplace skills and qualifications designed specifically to help you in the career you choose. This applies whether you are starting from scratch in a new career area or continuing your training to develop skills in your current job.
We are now offering training courses at all Pitman Training Centres that will enable you to study for the following FETAC examinations at levels 4 and 5:
- Audio Transcription
- Data Entry
- Manual & Computerised Payroll
- Spreadsheets
- Text Production
- Word Processing
If you are studying for a Pitman Training Diploma you will also have the chance to gain FETAC certification as part of your course in one or more of the FETAC qualifications.
