Office Administrator

Location: Dublin

Office Administrator required for Healthcare 21.
 
Main Responsibilities:

  • Call and query handling from customers including problem solving
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints including actions taken
  • Process all Customer Service pricing/product queries/sales orders
  • Administration of orders and quotations

 
Requirements:

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Ability to work effectively with other departments and utilise a team approach to accomplish goals.
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
