Target Audience
Current IT Service desk personnel wishing to have their skills endorsed and individuals with a good knowledge of PCs and a keen interest to know more and progress a career in IT.

Prerequisites
Students should be generally familiar with using PCs, including keyboard and mouse skills, and it is recommended that they have had some hands-on experience.

Aims and Objectives
Gain the knowledge and practical experience to be ready for CompTIA A+ Essentials and CompTIA A+ IT Technician exams.

Course Components
The full Pitman Training A+ course is made up of two modules – A+ Essentials (exam 220-601) and A+ IT Technician (exam 220-602).  Course delivery includes online access enabling study at home, at work or in your local Pitman Training Centre.
