Target Audience
Current IT Service desk personnel wishing to have their skills endorsed and individuals with a good knowledge of PCs and a keen interest to know more and progress a career in IT.
Prerequisites
Students should be generally familiar with using PCs, including keyboard and mouse skills, and it is recommended that they have had some hands-on experience.
