Experience of using Windows, Word and Excel to proficient level together with Publisher 2000. Some experience of using the Internet and Mail Merge.

- Lesson 3: The importance of advertising, creating an ad, different direct marketing techniques and press releases.
- Lesson 4: Marketing on the World Wide Web and attending and exhibiting at trade shows.
- Lesson 5: The concepts of television, radio and print advertising, building a brand, SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis and careers in marketing.
