Centre Opening Hours: The centre is open from Monday to Saturday. We are open 52 hours each week for fexible training schedules. You choose your training times!

Monday 9:00am - 5:30pm  - 8.5 hours

Tuesday 9:00am - 8:00pm -  11 hours

Wednesday 9:00am - 8:00pm  - 11 hours

Thursday 9:00am - 8:00pm  - 11 hours

Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm -  7.5 hours

Saturday 10:00am - 1:00pm  - 3 hours

We are located within the Centrepoint building in Liosban, just off the Tuam Road, and there is ample free parking in the immediate area.
