We offer three types of training, which differ in duration and training method; this A-Z lists details of all our training. However, if you know the type of training you want, then try the Course Finder. If you're not sure what's right for you, give the Career Wizard a go.
Diplomas
A Pitman Training Diploma is very highly regarded. Made up of core and optional courses, a diploma takes several weeks to complete. You can study full-time or part-time and at times to suit you. Most diploma training is PC-based, with an 'audio tutor' and support on hand from an experienced course advisor when you need it. Many students use our diplomas to start or change careers, or to return to work.
Courses
Pitman Training's courses last from a few hours to a few days and follow the same PC-based format as our diplomas. A Pitman Training course can help you top up specific skills or learn something new.
Seminars
Seminars are different to courses and diplomas in that they are classroom-based and tutor-led. Not all Pitman Training centres offer seminars, but most have a full range available on specific dates. Go to our seminar section for more information.
