Lisa always felt she could achieve much more and longed for a career within an office environment. Lisa decided to improve her skills, so she would have something to offer future employers. Lisa completed the Business IT Diploma with HR and enjoyed every minute of it. She loved training at the centre in Cardiff and when a vacancy was advertised for a Training Supervisor she applied. Lisa was successful and is now helping others achieve their goals.
