Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 is a leading web design program. Designed for individuals who want to be able to create professional websites, this course will give you the skills you need to develop sites to recognised standards. It will also help prepare you for the Adobe Certified Associate Exam.
To enrol on this course you will need to be competent with Windows Explorer and have familiarity with the internet and different browsers. The content of the course is split into eleven units, plus an additional section dedicated to preparing for the Adobe Certified Associate Exam.
As you work through the course, you will begin with the fundamentals of HTML and then move into the site planning process using Dreamweaver; you will learn about the functional areas of Dreamweaver CS4, layouts, page design, text, typefaces and formatting; working with images and style sheets; through to advanced page layout principles and design; tables and forms, plug-ins and finally how to publish and manage site files and web hosting.
Unlike some other web design courses, ours is a self-study programme. This means you can structure your training around your existing work and home commitments.
