The A+ 2012 course includes Windows 7 content, and has been updated to include topics such as Smartphones and securing email on Smartphones and Tablets. The knowledge you gain will enable you to prepare for the CompTIA A+ Essentials exam, code 220-801, and the CompTIA A+ Practical Application exam, code 220-802.
A+ 2012 will teach you the skills you need to install, repair, upgrade, configure, optimise, troubleshoot – along with undertaking daily maintenance within a busy IT department, retail computer store or tackling home repairs. You’ll also go through step by step the principles of implementing LANs and internet access.
