Course Outline

If you're familiar with Windows and confident with a mouse, this is the internet training course for you. It will introduce you to all the basics you need when it comes to using the internet and email - and, unlike some internet training courses, it's split into four simple lessons which take only 6-8 hours to complete.

Amongst other features, the course covers using Internet Explorer, search providers, using search, favourites and history, online transactions, webmail, email etiquette and more. This course allows you to learn how to use the internet at a pace to suit you; flexible training based on a self-study platform. But there will always be an experienced course advisor on hand to help, when you need that extra bit of support.

You will produce a personalised workbook which is yours to keep as a handy reference guide - and you'll get the benefit of the renowned Pitman Training name on your CV.
